These building materials are refined for the industry or processed into new products in our own production facilities. Through an intensive dialog with our customers, we succeed again and again in returning almost 100 percent of power plant by-products into the production cycle as high-quality building materials, and in finding the best possible way of disposal for the remaining waste. These factors allow STEAG Entsorgungs-GmbH to provide our customers with a not only safe, but also cost-efficient way to handle their residues. STEAG Entsorgungs-GmbH:A strong partner of the construction and building material industry By continuously monitoring our machines, we guarantee our customers a constantly high quality of the building materials we are marketing. The quality tests required for these monitoring procedures are performed in our own building material laboratory. This laboratory is also available for external testing and monitoring tasks of various materials and is certified as an E- and W-rated concrete testing facility. The results of the material tests are directly applied to the further development of application technologies and the optimization of material formulations of our customers. The development of individual solutions for tasks from practice has proved very effective in major projects. In order to always be able to deliver to our customers, we have established a silo volume of approx. 200,000 m³, extensive storage areas, and a raw material storage facility with a volume of 300,000 m³. Furthermore we have access to reloading stations for steament® coal fly ash in Germany and abroad.
